My oscar is very calm and doesn't really pay any attention to the other fish with him (being a bala shark, Jack Dempsey, and rubber lip pleco).

I'm thinking of buying one of these but I have a clown knife fish do you guys think it would be a problem?
picked one up a few weeks ago as an impulse buy, something i dont normally do, i like to do my homework first but seen one and had to have it. Put him in a 65 gallon tank, heavily planted with lots of drift wood, didnt see a whole bunch of him the first week but after he settled in he became very energetic, especially at feeding time, very cool fish, just wish he'd stay at the 2.5' size he is now, dont know how long ill be able to keep him

i have a black ghost knife about 3 1/2-4 inch i absolutely love i cant wait til he gets bigger tho
You shouldn't have to wait long, Mine is currently 18 or so inches at 3 or 4 years old. Dropped him when moving tanks, almost killed it damaged it's tail and made it bleed. Worst day of my fishkeeping life. However 8 months later and he's eating out of my hand. Love this guy'/gal. but he's very shy. Also Very badass

k so mines really cool swimming backwards and such but hes a dick! he doesnt bother any fish accept the fish that are bichirs or related to bichirs such as ropefish for some reason he just doesnt like them and its not a food thing either because he wont even touch the feeder fish i give him
