Hello, I am here because I have a question. I was wondering how big black piranhas get when raised from a juvenile in a tank. Now, I've heard tank raised black piranhas only reach 12 inches, I've also heard people say that they reach 16 inches when tank raised. Also, are black piranhas better than red belly piranhas In your opinion? Never hurts to wonder. Thank you for the help.

Pretty sure you have asked this before. I know of no one that has grown a rhom from small to past 12in. All cases that went past that were brought in large. Lots of 16in plus rhoms out there but they were imported large.
someone claimed otherwise in another thread but when they shared a vid it was of a rhom I recognized that was imported large.
