Bull vs Lion in a caged fight

Bull is my vote. Lions only attack when hungry, bulls don't take any bullshizz.

I see you backed up my claim of team hunting with larger animals.

you said lions hunt in teams.

but even if you had said cheetahs hunt in teams, that doesn't take away the fact that they do hunt zebras too (which you said they don't). and in the video I provided, the one cheetah took down the zebra already and would've got the kill on it's own. his brothers came naturally only to help but the zebra was already bagged.

and I wasn't talking about percentage or success rate. you simply made a statement that they don't hunt one animal. which wasn't true. and they would and do do it alone as well as in a team

lol, eddie, that clip is from a tarzan movie or something? but that was cool to see regardless.

but it will take on a full grown bull and buffalo alike, by itself. it's success is minimal i'm sure, but some on here said that they would not even attempt it. I was just simply arguing that it wasn't true

I don't prefer to see animals in an unnatural fight that humans set up for entertainment

I grew up watching cockfighting though

But not as often as they hunt smaller easier meals. Yes they do but the percentage of kills made is significantly lower than percentage of kills made to gazelles.

Lions make roughly 40-50% of attempted kills while hyenas are around 80%. Lions are actually just as likely to scavenge a meal as hyenas. However if they can scavenge a meal sometimes they will get a two for one and kill a hyena too.

also not really true. cheetahs will likely hunt zebras and other herbivores as they will gazelles. it depends on how desperate they are and on availability. zebras and wildebeest migrate so obviously they don't hunt them year round, but when the herds come around cheetahs are sure to hunt them.

lions do scavenge but they prefer not to. if there are prey in abundance they will leave dead and rotting carcasses for fresh kill. hyenas however are not picky and will eat carrion at any given chance even when there is an abundance of prey

Nature don't need no freaking CAGE.

God why is embedding so difficult?
It should be [y.t] everything after the = sign[/y.t]

Without the dots inbetween the y and t

Note: the first = sign. Most of the time there is a v to the left of it. You can quote this post to see what I did.

I would prefer it to scenes of them attacking people though.
Let's be honest though, do you really think animals in movies do anything for wild animals unless in some way that will pull the heart strings of millions of people? The movie animals are no different than the ones being kept in someone's backyard shed. They won't ever be part of an accredited zoo ssp or most likely know anything except for having to do something to avoid punishment. They are often portrayed as nothing more than an aggressive pack of dogs that threatened a toddler.

IMO the movies showing the fights are better than showing attacks on humans because they show and teach people about the true power of these animals.
