Yup, I went with the 45s over the 90s to reduce flow restriction. I would have preferred long sweep 90s but I couldn't find them that small so I made my own with a couple of 45s.

I couldn’t think of a way easily smooth out the flow in the T-fitting so I‘m just gonna live with it,

Cool, I was planning on going the 45 route too, but I watched a video BRStv, put up on YouTube where they did a flow rate test between 3 or 4 pumps and 90‘s vs 45’s. The flow rate between them was all comparable, and within the margin of error so I’ll probably just go with 90’s.

Ya well, it can’t hurt either. The difference may be minimal but I believe the concept is solid.


Besides............45s AND my labor is very cheap! LOL
