Cheap, Easy, Low Light Plants?

If anything I will probably collect some hyacinth or maybe duckweed, stuff is invasive anyway, if the plant popo shows up haha. I wonder if the hyacinth will grow and flower in my hob? A long time ago my mom had some in a little solar fountain, stuff was beautiful.

Speaking of plant collecting, it's actually getting to be close to when the wild fennel should start sprouting up, been seeing mustard flowers too, gotta get those spring greens! The wild fennel is stronger than the store type and has no bulb, but the stuff makes excellent tea and is a good pasta ingredient, I think you can make a licorice-type candy from it too. The seeds and pollen won't be until summer though. I should pick dandelions and wild sage too! I'll go hiking soon I think. I need an edible plant book haha, free foooooddd!

:p

DUCKWEED! How could I forget! Definitely getting some of that, I wanted some frogbit but duckweed should suffice, especially for the price! :)

I HONESTLY HATE DUCKWEED WITH A PASSION!!!

Once that stuff gets in your tank basically expect it to never come out again unless you tear down the tank... if you want to go with a floating plant i would choose a larger leaf type such as frogbit or something...

Good idea! :)
Oh so you turn off your air bubbles completely? That worries me lol I don't want to go out to my tank and see all my fish dead lol
No, I keep my Co2 running Day and dinghy, 24 hours a day. Sometimes, I like to pump air through my filter, I've noticed that it doesn't cause too much surface movement(that would release Co2) but still see small bubbles flowing out of the filter.

UPDATE. Treated plants for brown algae, growth is doing well. Had to leave for a few days, about 4-5. Had timer for lights set up wrong. Treated the brown algae, also moved some plants around, I noticed the roots were spreading out really well. I had to add some of my other aquarium pebbles so there would be enough for the roots. Also my Nana grew a flower. Thanks to you guys my plants did very well! :)
