I had a fun time on the debut of Cooking School with Chef Alex! I discussed all the cooking basics you need to know. Most of the stuff that I discussed took me over 8 months to learn in Culinary school but I gave out the most important information to help you be a successful cook. I love cooking and baking and it's a passion of mine and I hope to inspire you to be a good cook!
I discussed the importance of being organized in the kitchen (mis en place) and following recipes, the importance of food safety and keeping food safe, important kitchen skills that will benefit your cooking, important kitchen equipment and more!!

A bit of hopefully constructive criticism from an occasional viewer .
Maybe consider the length of your videos and possibly make them shorter.
Im in my 40s, married with a fairly demanding job and a kid, i very rarely get hours to myself, when i do theres a whole world of entertainment options out there. I would probably make it through your videos if they were shorter but an hour is too long for me. When you are competing with netflix, playstation and a million other youtubers. I have checked out some of your vids but honestly havent made it through to the end of them.

Im not criticising you personally or the content of what you post and dont mean this to sound harsh in anyway, its just a suggestion that may help increase your viewers.
Really its your channel so do what you want but thats my 2 cents worth.

I tend to talk a lot and really never pay attention to the length. But I will try and keep the videos under an hour. In the past I used to be able to do that and I just need to figure out how to do it again. Perhaps just get right to the meat and potatoes instead of an intro. I will get constructive and come up with something. My thinking hat is on now.
