This week's episode of Keeping It Real With Alex Cardinale features a topic I know very well. Is soda really that bad for you? I share my thoughts on whether or not soda is bad for you. I discuss how I am able to drink soda all my life and have no ill effects. As long as you keep an active life style soda is no more bad for you than other sweets. On June 18th, 1990 James Pough shot and killed nine people and injuried four others in a GMAC car loan office in Jacksonville, Florida! The day before the attack at the car loan office, James had killed an innocent woman and man on Jacksonville’s Northside, wounded two teenagers, and robbed a convenience store. What could have led to his actions? Find out tonight! I will break down this case and offer my thoughts on this horrible crime commited by James Pough!

This week I was on the crime case of James Edward Pough! James was in trouble with the law just about his whole life. In 1971, James shot and killed his best friend David Lee Pender! After shooting his friend over an insult thrown towards his girlfriend, James life would spiral and go downwards! As he started to have financial troubles he became depressed and aggressive and his wife split up with him. His prized car got repossessed and it cause him to become even more aggressive.
In June of 1990, James Pough drove to the GMAC car loans office In Jacksonville, Florida and shot 13 people- killing 9 and injuring 4.

He set off gas and with the patrons distracted by the gas, James Holmes shot at many people and killed 12 people and injuried over 50. It is the worst movie theather shooting in USA history! Come learn about the Horrific Movie Theater Mass Shooting that took place on July 20th, 2022 in Aurora Colorado! James Holmes shot and killed 12 people and injuried over 50 people. He was smart because he used tear gas to irritate people's skin and eyes and distract them and while distracted took the time to shot them point blank killing some and injuring many. No other Mass Shooter has been that intelligent. But a very sick crime nonetheless.
