I doubt if corn flakes will do anything for fish besides bloat them but I remember reading somewhere that it makes for a good crispy coating on fried fish.

I use both companies products though so im indifferent.

Actually nes, I didn't start anything, THD did, with the following comment.

Companies like NLS and Hikari could make a hell of a lot of money by just repackaging corn and selling it to aquarists as "bulk adding" or some other marketing gimmick, but they don't.

I simply added to that comment, in what I felt was an informative manner. Again, there's no debate here, just the facts.
