one day we caught about 100 4-5 ft dog fish, they all went back into the water gutted,i started jigging for cod and would snag dogfish haha

That is sad.

Its really sad this was out of portsmouth NH, it was an infestation, his clients were really peaved, our baits were getting hit by doggies too, livelining pollock 14" long

dolphin are not cool man they followed us for ten miles.

what ever get use to it, its happened to us a few times before, im rather amused by them anyhow, it wahts makes fishing great all the independent factors that occur

but we wanted fresh sashimi :(

dont we all, last year i experienced 15-20 bad days at around 100 days out
cant imagine what the clients were thinking when we got zilched especially because they had paid for it i was making money and was still dsigusting by all the stupid sandy's

Keep in mind there is a difference between fishing and catching;)

yea im alreay out fishing, the striper run is on in the Ct river and caught some nice LMB's in the pond

Still have ice up here on most lakes and ponds. The river is open, although the water temp is about 38. Will start to see some stripers in another month or so.
