Other than petsmart (a chain store) the cheapest I can get them are $13 at 3". PetSmart has them for $6.79, but they tend to be rather small (1-2").

I find it amusing that i can get WC cheaper than CB. This is directly from an importer but markup is probably the same as at a normal shop
