Maybe ur test kit isn’t accurate or expired. Check the numbers again.

that fish is eventually going to pass away. You can do throw all the metronidazole at it, at that stage, its never going to recover. The parasites are just melting its brain out from the inside.. so you can either euthanize it now, or just watch it deteriorate, but its going to be dead in 2 months.

I entirely disagree. I would not give up on the fish.
