I think that they all want a little more room. I would look at my local craigslist ads and try to score a 75G tank or so.

Maybe do more frequent water changes.

make sure your fish are FULL.

you want help! get a bigger tank! do water changes weekly! do research on what you buy and mix together!

well, sorry for ur lost pal.....gar..obviously predator that dun have manner especially when eating, all gone frenzy..as long tankmates fit or ALMOST FIT to their "long razor sharp snap", all doomed..you should doin some research on what kind of monster that u wanna kept, then decide, if u 're sot so sure, u can ask MFK'ers...well good luck later then

MFK people are DEF more informed then the normal "Fishkeeper

oh all the poor people with no computers and beautiful tanks. and dear mfk people who mix bettas w sliders. not saying that there aren't awesome mfk members(which there are), but you can't say that any given member of mfk is DEF more imformed then the normal "fishkeeper"...

what do you think this place is? a stocklist generator?! as jordan said, do research!, go figure what fish you like and then do research, and then see if you can house it COMFORTABLY for life, and THEN consider getting it. but only get the fish once the tank is set up. i highly do not suggest mixing turtles with any fish actually.....and FYI plecos can and do kill gars by sucking their slime coat off.

nice try, but i for one ain't gonna say sorry for offending you. however, since it's only been 4 months, it's understandable. just do yr research from now ons.

anyways, the gar would've killed everything in there and sooner, not later. i trust it gets a bigger tank VERY soon?
