I agree!!! That's why I believe that the government should lay cops off first to when it comes to budget cuts cuz half of those bozo's are too paranoid or too lazy to do the right procedures anymore....JMO !

i wouldnt go that far but they do need proper training

These men and women put their lives on the line for not a whole lot of money. They have my respect. This particular clown today gives the rest of them a bad name. But no way should the be bashed in general.

Trust me, you lay off your Police force because of budget cuts...it won't be long before you won't want to be living in the same city.

Maybe your right, and I'm sorry if I went that far.. Or If I offend anyone.maybe I'm Just bias because all the times that I need them they never came through or I just got harassed too many times growing up that I pretty much lost respect for alot of them. Harley will be able to come home tomorrow. He is recovering nicely. Mind you the cops have changed their story again - now they are claiming to have hit the dog with their hands, not kicked.

In one the gate was closed, in another it was open. First they kicked the dog, now they just hit it multiple times with their hand. I'm wondering when they are gonna at least pick a story and stick with it.
