he was not getting attacked. he lost his temper and used a hoodlum fight tech to sub due someone.
so you think its ok for these two brats to treat someone who puts there life in harms way everyday just to protect people like that ?

This pisses me off that people have no respect for the law now. All these dumb ass guys standing around filming like they are going to make money off this video and the two young girls pushing a cop... really??? She deserved a punch in the face. The one in black was going to run away if the cop was not holding her wrists. If he pulled out the peperspray and fanned it would have impaired him as well. If he used a tazer by the time he un-clipped it and pulled it out they would have scattered and can only hit one target. He should have dropped her face first on the ground and handcuffed her and tazed the other one and cuffed her. Wtf is this world coming to thinking its okay to not obey a cop and think you are not going to get socked in the face for pushing a cop when you should be helping him calm the situation down. This is horse __ 'if anyone feels sorry for the girls :screwy:

Lep cut it out,you know as well as I do that if an officer is talking to someone about a supposed infraction that no one else has the right to but in and give their opinion, that is just how situations get out of hand.
look, she should have been arrested. yes she had no right to but in. but a punch to the face is completely uncalled for. They carry tazers and pepper spray for a reason. A punch is not an option in this instance. Pull the freakin tazer. Can u really watch that vid and tell me he did the right thing? Thats rediculous! She NEVER swung at him. A simple push is NOT a valid reason to punch a, what 17 yo female in the face. This was a blatenet use of excessive force.

Look, for those who dont know, Im a professional firefighter. I work hand in hand with police on a regular basis. I can tell u there are a large variety of ways to subdue the suspect without a punch. We had a guy on pcp get violent with us after he wrecked/totaled his brand new caddy cts-v (). He was completely out of it untill we had him in the back of the ambo. then he woke up and got highly violent. 30 seconds and 2 of us were able to control him. WITHOUT A PUNCH!! anybody who knows what PCP is knows how strong and violent these guys get. the cop never had to interfere. There are ways to contorl without needing to punch.

It's not like the cop socked her. If he did, she would've gone down. Being said, tazer or mace would probably be a better option... but like previously stated, in the time it takes for the cop to find his spray or tazer... not easy, I would assume, when a crazy girl is trying to slap you silly... she could have his gun. That chick was insane though. Maybe a sharp blow to the head knocked some sense into her

Just note, my dad is an ADA and my uncle is a cop, so I guess you can say I am slightly biased towards pro-cop. The cop did what he had to. I see nothing wrong with it.

SHE PUSHED HIM!! not slap, not grabbed for the gun, a freakin push!!

I cant believe some of the stuff said here. If this happend to u guys u would be calling for a repramand from his supperiors because he DESERVES it. A push does not deserve a punch. A push deserves gettin thrown on the ground, thrown on the hood, tazerd, pepper sprayed or so many other things. They are trained to handle this and trained proper technique. That was not proper technique

and yes she needed arrested, but not punched

he was being attacked by 2 people he is only human and is well within his right to use what ever force is needed, you could not subdue one without the other causing problems so he swung at her she could have been going for his gun or anything i would take no chances in that situation
