Picked it up at a lfs. I wasn't planning on getting one with that big of a diameter, but I guess it's going to work out. They also had one that was a little longer.

:) I got lucky. I made a couple extra parts in case something like that happened.

Also, once I get it running, I might be adding more holes to the drip plate. I will just have to see if it creates a back up or not. Right now it has a 105 (1/4") holes...and the plate size is 24" x 12".
 
Sump looks great,is it running yet?

How did you get the drip plate in there w/out removing the top rim?

Thanks to your help. ;) It made it a LOT easier, being able to check out your pics.

I got very lucky with the drip plate. We had to cut off a couple of the tabs on the inside of the rim to make it fit in the tank. There is only way to get it in and out.

Rallysman came down on Monday night to help me finish the plumbing. We got all the plumbing done and the tank filled and running in just a couple of hours.

I just received all of my bio balls in today, so I am getting ready drop all of them in the sump. I will try and get some updated pics tonight.
 
I will also add that it's amazing how smoothly the water flows over the corian. Get a picture of that (with both pumps running) if you can Bret. It looks like an awesome little water fall.
