Buy from reputable sellers if you're going to be spending money. I like buying fry and all I need to know is what the parents look like.

then parents can be photoshopped to sell you fries.

I always wondered how a 3" Fh would have huge KOK they are way too small imo. Nice Exposure to the fraud

Remind me never to buy any fish from you!
:ROFL:LOL.

it's good thing that I never buy any fish online, I usually go see them and pickup!

I also Like buying local as well. You get a better guarantee that way. Plus you don't take a hit on shipping charges and it seems to be less hassle.

Local- The seller has a face to face interaction with you. You get what you see and make friends in the hobby locally who can also give you great advice. It also makes a connection if you ever want to sell anything yourself. That person may not want it but may know someone who does. It's hard to get scammed locally if you know what to look for.

Import- what you see you might not get, once you pay your money is pretty much gone. The transaction is less personable, you are a dollar sign. Whether or not the seller wants repeat customers is solely based on what extent he/she is willing to be honest with you.
