US laws are ridiculous sometimes, I just heard the case of a 6 year old getting charged with sexual assault on a 5 year old for playing doctor
 
^ don't know if this is true or not but damn, that just ain't right if so

i played doctor before with a neighbor when i was a in elementry school. i guess i'm a criminal that got away with it
 
Come on as a teacher he should have known better! In Texas if we even stare at a student the wrong way we get called to the office.
 
He is an idiot for doing it. Come on your a teacher and you are going to post it on Youtube. How stupid can someone be, I mean he was asking for trouble. One thing to do that and show it to his friends but to put it on Youtube. What an idiot!

i don't think i should say, but i remember it was her and her sister's idea

i was like 7 and they were 7 and 8 i think

but to think one of us could've been convicted of playing doctor is rediculous, absolutely rediculous. it was just kids stuff, child's play

i still know them, we were friends all the way thru highschool until they moved away, one of them became a nurse, TOTALLY TRUE STORY btw

see, it was good practice

I don't know where you got the "emotional distress." Didn't see it from your original post. Fraudulent is a crime isn't it?
As for the "if" part, if the kids are 18+, they are legally able to give consent... So your "if" is out of the window!

not sure why or how this got bumped but if you couldn't answer me a month ago, why bother now? i don't need to have kids myself to put myself in this situation (i don't need to be raped to know being raped is bad either) because i have a brain and know how to use it!

the kids did not suffer through a crime, a song is not fradualent...better start arresting every maker of EVERY video that goes viral then regardless of if they're 18 or not. i could be caught at a baseball game getting hit in the head with a baseball and guess what...my mug will be all over the place the next day....are the people who made this video without my permission commiting a crime too? What if it's about me enjoying taking big white balls to the head and a sexual song is made about it with some sweet autotune? i might be emotionally hurt and with the right lawyer may be able to sue and get some dough to make them pay for the pain it cost me.

ps, i dont' think he's a teacher since someone said he should know better
