it didn't say if he was a teacher or not. i didnt' read actual article, just what the op quoted

it just said he performed a song in front of a class, it didnt' say it was his classroom or his students either

he could've been a guest which is what i assumed when i first read it

I believe the first post said or implied he was a teacher-LOL!

show me....all i read was 21 year old kid and musician but i was skimming through it fast.

ps, the first post is mine. roflmao

Here is what disturbs me most about this thread.

The post that gives this song
Eminem - Just Lose It

Represents a soda pop as a healthy fruit drink.

On the issue of the person using kids images without permission in a sexuallly charged video. I as a parent would be pissed if my kids likeness were used in such a manner and I am sure that my legal counsel would be more than able to hamstring the person for quite a while. As my choice of legal counsel is very capable and has been involved in much of the residential school issue here in Sask.

Do I think the kid should do jail time and be threatened with the sex offender thing NO! That is like using a howitzer to kill a housefly.

Have you seen what they teach us in sex ed now a days? am pretty sure its all child porn its pretty scaring some times i doubt this is anywhere near as bad.

not sure why or how this got bumped but if you couldn't answer me a month ago, why bother now? i don't need to have kids myself to put myself in this situation (i don't need to be raped to know being raped is bad either) because i have a brain and know how to use it!

the kids did not suffer through a crime, a song is not fradualent...better start arresting every maker of EVERY video that goes viral then regardless of if they're 18 or not. i could be caught at a baseball game getting hit in the head with a baseball and guess what...my mug will be all over the place the next day....are the people who made this video without my permission commiting a crime too? What if it's about me enjoying taking big white balls to the head and a sexual song is made about it with some sweet autotune? i might be emotionally hurt and with the right lawyer may be able to sue and get some dough to make them pay for the pain it cost me.

ps, i dont' think he's a teacher since someone said he should know better
If you have a brain and know how to use it, then you should know I didn't ask whether you have kid or not. It's not I couldn't answer your question a month ago. Like you said, the thread got bumped, and I saw it now, so I responded. Don't be upset, because I didn't give you the attention a month ago... To edit and falsify a song for personal gain is not fraudulent, then what should it be? You have a brain and know how to use it, right? Do you should the difference between 18 and minor? Any idea why juvi record is sealed? Any idea why they don't disclose minor name, whether they're victim of a crime or the person who commited a crime?

lmao, you've twiced asked people DO YOU HAVE KIDS bro. nuff said. now you're just gibberishing and not addressing the question. what is considered sexual misconduct for a non consenting adult would be the same for a minor, not sure why you're stuck on the age thing.

all i'm saying is you sue someone for stuff like this, not put them through a criminal trial. are the kids all better now that a 21 year old 2 months and prison and probation?

He approached the school and told them he was doing some kind of legitimate project and that is why he was allowed to perform for the class. He committed fraud to gain access to little kids. Those people that think this isnt criminal should have their heads examined and castrated imho.

really dude?? i should be castrated cause i dont believe that this should have been through a criminal course and feel it should have gone through a civil court??

you fail.

do people think he wouldn't have been punished enough going through civil court and losing his job, time and money? it's not like his mistake wouldn't have been opposed to his community, it's not like he wouldn't have a hard time finding work in that community until it cooled off, it's not like another school would have let him go perform on their school ground, it's not like being hit in the pocket book is getting off lightly either

If you think its ok to commit fraud to gain access to a class full of little kids I have huge doubts about your judgement.
