my lemonfin and tinfoil barbs fart and burp all morning the day after their evening meal. bubbles everywhere till about 10am.

my landlords catfish likes pushing my cichlids out of the way to get to the food.. now that i have sinking pellets for the catfish he seems alot calmer.
My Flying Fox is like, the strong silent type... LOL... but seriously, he never bullies any fish, although he does fight back when other fish try to bully him. BUT. He has something against Cichlids. He used to bully my old Ram, not badly, but enough to be noticeable and somewhat concerning. This morning, my Ram got injured, and I stupidly didn't quarentine, and my Loaches killed him 
I got a new Ram, just because I need at least one Cichlid, and the Flying Fox chases him too 
The annoying habit here is my Flying Fox being racist against Cichlids

yeah, its strange to watch. more burping than farting, but still, it comes out of both ends.
its the high protein foods (like Tetra cichlid sticks) I think that must be causing the gas build up.
My channel catfish during the night lieks to swish his tail as fast as he can and hit the rocks against the sides while I try to sleep. My old albino cahnnel catfish used to eat the bubbles as they rose to the surface, thats how he got the name bubbles
