should i get one? i think the rtc are great looking fish. hearing these stories, i would put it in my 35 gal so it wont eat my fish. i would then sell it. would you guys recomend putting it in 100 gal with a motoro ray, spotted gar, and a payara?

I'd start with the 100g and in two months move it to a 200g. Then, in six months when it's a foot long, get it into a pond before it's stunted. That is, if you already have these tanks and tropical ponds at hand.

^wow nice tank

thanx...i miss my big cats and my big aro...i have a few more aros, but every time i see that vid (witch was the last one i made of them) i feel like i wana cry...they were my favorite...the tank isn't the same without them...the feeling of emptyness that came over me when i sold the aro and the cats is uncompareable...it was like selling my kids as i raised them all from 3" or less...the only thing i still got from the vid is my beastly gar...

To start that will be ok, but keep in mind it can reach and upwards of 2 feet in 7 months.

In six months it could already be a upwards of 2 feet. They grow that fast.

Too much fish for me. I settled for a zorro cat, which is much smaller but has the TSN look, with trailers and long barbels.
