After couple of hours hanging the male Congo spotted puffer from the females belly. The female released around 300 eggs by shaking its body heavily. I set up a 10 litter tank immediately and added an airstone with heater. I siphoned the eggs from the main tank to the small tank. The eggs are very small. I was expecting to see eggs that are at least to the size of the bristlenose eggs but these eggs of puffer are very small. I tried getting picture of these eggs by zooming but still difficult to see them with camera. They are very small. I was wondering if anyone has ever seen the eggs of Congo spotted puffer? Are they really this small?

Honestly i have not seen them before, but i wouldn't be surprised they are small considering the size of the puffer, even palembang eggs aren't that big...

The color of the eggs is slowly changing from whitish to reddish. So far everything goes well. Two more days left for eggs to hatch. I am looking out for some shops to sell paramecium or infusoria or Artemia. Finding food for them will be challenging.
