Yeah definitely do a water change every day.
I suggest 50% wc every day. If possible seed a sponge filter in the main aquarium because the growing puffers will require a larger aquarium for growth and to maintain water parameters properly.

Sadly, out of 200 only ten made it so far. 10 of them alive as of today. I cannot get enough baby brine shrimps. I am thinking of handing it over to the fish shop perhaps they can save them. As they have means and resources to feed these. I go to work everyday and by evening I am able to feed them and change water. They need to be fed three times a day. Still very small. They are now one week old.
