That will clog too quick, it is meant for polishing the water at the top of the canister.
I gave you step by step instructions on the order the media should go. When that clogs at the bottom of your canister you are going to have to pull all the other media out to change the pillow stuffing. With oscars involved that clogging is likely to be weekly.
There is a reason I mentioned to put a coarse sponge at the bottom as the first step.

hey i AM listening, and tbh i AM taking your guyses advise! and now that i cleaned my eheim ( useing tank water ) and added the pillow stuffing, my flow has increased ALOT and i mean ALOOT never seen my eheim give this much flow to my tank before..

im not trying to be a Ahole but the kid has FOUR THOUSAND POSTS! thats a friggin lifetime of fish education right there isnt it? when do you stop learning and just get it?.....ive seen the same post worded just a bit differently from him like 300 times so I guess a lot of the 4000 are redundant...haha oh well once again good luck to a cheesehead
