sweet i think im going to e-mail them b/c i want one of the big ones like 500 gal. but i don't want the demesions they have for it i mean i know i said a 300 but that was just for comparison to the 265 mentioned i would like to see if i can get a long tank like do something like 120x36x24

they told my mother that they will do special orders, even phoenix zoo was picking up tanks from them. just make sure you bring help as they normally dont have people to help you move the tank. i live in buckeye and they delivered my tank to phoenix
i just e-mailed them and asked about making a custom tank (120x36x24) with the starphire front panel and glass tops along with what the dryweight for this would be ( so i know how many ppl to bring to move it) lol
also so i don't have to make another thread (prolly will anyway) what size tank would i need to use to make a big wet/dry filter for this big of tank or would two or three FX5s work

fx5's are rated at 400 gal so three would do the job. my 180 takes about 3 people to comfortably lift, glass cups are your friend
yeah i got a friend that jsut bought a 180 and its 283lbs empty and it took him his brother in-law and I to get into his house (granted i'm not a big guy but my buddy is like 6' and about 130 so we really just needed two average guys to lift) but a tank that is 10ft long should be pretty damn heavy lol
oh yea im 6ft bout 230 and my brother is also big i would think it would take 5 or so guys to move what your looking at, and see about renting a truck maybe they dont deliver to your door
My brother in law picked up a 300 from them. It a real nice tank. When we moved it, I (5'10" over 20lbs) was the litle guy, and there were 4 of us. We moved it, but it was heavy.
You want almost the same thank I just received from them 3 months ago, I paid extra for 3/4 inch glass all around though. Still just $1200. Built like a german tank I ordered top frame all the way around not like they usually build them with no top frame in back.
BUT........700 lbs takes at least 6 guys to move it and 8 guys to put it on the stand. They deliver to a place off the freeway and you have to pick it up with another truck and take it home. Email me privately for more info. brcacti@hotmail.com
