2 handfuls of Hikari FoI made two batches:

Tilapia:

1 piece of Tilapia
2 handfuls of Wardley Tropical flakes
1 handful of Tropical Granules
2 handfuls of Hikari Food sticks
1 cup of Hot Water
4 packs of Knox gelatin

Shrimp:

8 Pieces of Shrimp
2 handfuls of Wardley Tropical flakes
1 handful of Tropical Granules
2 handfuls of Hikari Food sticks
1 cup of Hot Water
4 packs of Knox gelatin


I have a M/F Motoro pup. Along with Vatf and a tat. They all love the mix, but especially the rays they destroy it :D

After setting up it was kind of like the consistency of an uncooked hot dog. Is that what I want, or did I use too much gelatin.

Aros and Dorado ate it, and surprisingly my 15" armatus that I just git off of live food and onto smelt 2 weeks ago ate it.

Can you do a favor for me and for most of Stingrays keepers here and make a movie how you prepare everything ?

That will be very interesting and helpful. It shouldn't be hard to make this kind of movie, showing step by step and then put it on YT :))

No you did it right. As long as the fish are eating. I see no reason to change anything.

Made:
1cup of aro stix
4TBS of spirina
1cup of fresh MP
2 packs of knox
1cup of hot water

Although I have not had the guts to try a stingray, I have use this on my stock and they love it (aro's, dat's, vittatus, archers, bichers, hybrids, geo's, pleco's and clown loaches).

By the way I failed at making the food turn into gel???

First batch still learning.
 
Hum .... I tried out the recipe I mixed fresh tillapia and shrimp into the blender got good result about the density but my stuff is floating..... (Arowana enjoy it but the goal is too feed the motoro..... what can i change.....
 
you may want to try cutting it slightly bigger or mixing it less if there are a lot of air bubbles in it

You may also try adding some sinking pellets if you haven't already just to add weight to it.
 
4 hand full of Cichlid Gold
4 packs of Gelatin
1 20oz aquafina bottle to boil
1 Lb of raw artic market shrimp
1 slice of tilatia

Its about 1/8" thick

This is my second attempt and this one came out good. Fish liked it :D (except the Catfish :()

This stuff makes my water very dirty/cloudy, does anyone else get the same results? I will try less Pellets on the next one:D
