I got off at 12 and and was fishing by 1:45. Its the same spot from 5/17/09.
Like i stated in my last post i wasnt having good days this past week cause the time of the day i was getting out there to fish. Today was different tho. Prime time seemed to be from 2-3 because i caught 8 of the 10 fish between those hours. I should of packed up when once i seen the bite slow down but i just chilled out for a few extra hours just to enjoy the nice day.
Not a great day but i landed some fish with the biggest being a nice 2.7 pounder.

not a bad day. was real real windy at first but once the wind stopped the bites started.
i did have something take my tube and break my line not once, but twice. i saw a carp jump but i dont think it was him, but could of been. People have been catching strippers in the area, maybe it was one of them.
caught 2 nice crappie the bigger one is around 12 inches like the last one and the other a nice and fat 10 incher. and we were about to leave, i said one more cast and bam caught me a nice fat bass to finish the day!

The first spot of the day was in Willingboro,NJ. Its one we have fished in the pass from the shore but today was the second time we have fished from a boat. I caught three right off the back. Big bruh was only able to one while we there. I went on to catch two more before we left. It ws the middle of the day so we packed it and headed to are spot in E.Brunswick,NJ.
Big bruh caught a bass and CP once we arrived to the second spot. I was only able to catch one bass before giving up for the day.
No big boys today but i still enjoyed todays fishing trip!!!

You ever use live bait like earthworms for bass or you prefer just lures?
I ask because heard both can be used though imagine lures better.
not so much earth worms but ive caught bass multiple times walleye fishing with night crawlers. when i troll crawler harnesses i catch them and when i am fishing with a walleye jig with a half a night crawler on as bait i catch bass.Louie;3141047; said:

and to be honest, i think not. Ive caught much nicer fish and more of them using my tubes. we do use live minnows from time to time, when nothing else seems to work minnows always seem to do the trick. Id rather catch something than nothing.
