Went fishing today from about 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at Northmoreland Lake; caught nothing on my spinnerbait, crankbaits, minnows, crayfish, and hotdogs. Ended up getting bored and netted a water snake, a bull frog, and 2 bluegill (?) fry.

Strike king basic-2.99
boo-ya-5.99
The trick is knowing when and where. From my observation in the last four years. Atleast 4-6 days a week fishing, i will say the buzzy is in the top 3 baits ever made. It catches 12-15" bass no probrlem, its a great search bait, u can cover some much water at a fast pace,THE TOP WATER ACTION IS THE BEST ON THE PLANET, and the fact that i can cast a 1/4 so lovely, it feels very good on the end of 20lb braid(suffix).
I will say with bass fishing more of the bigger fish get caught a on slower presentation but again knowing when and where to use the buzzy u will catch fish.
It been raining here all day and probaly will rain all day long but you never whats tomorrow is going to be bring.
~~~~~~FISH MORE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~STRESS LESS~~~~~~~~
ehh.. little below average size for this lake. In fact I think thats the smallest one I,ve caught out of that lake. Normally this is my best lake but I think the fish are still spawning, plus those chemicals didnt help. Last year we caught several 4 pounders trolling this lake at this time of year.Wiggles92;3172630; said:Nice bass, Multispecies Tamer.
Most the chemicals had copper in them one had bromine (they had a list of what they added)Wiggles92;3172686; said:O, wow. Still pretty good, though, considering the chemicals and all. The chemicals might screw up the spawn, depending on the chemical.
