I do try and show the bass everything, from spoons to rattletraps, worms, and creature baits. Fast and slow. It works at times but, I would like fish on a reguler basis. There's plenty of catfish in florida. But I have yet to find a good place for them. There's only a few in the places I fish. And they aren't very big. I like to fish very close where I live, I hate driving to places that take over 20 minutes. Mostly cause I've been in a car accident before, and I am afraid of driving.
heres a little bass fishing tip for lakes with high angler pressure. First of fish late in the evening and early in the moarning. Your baits of choice should be topwaters. Bass still have to feed and will be active at these times. Try to fish a couple hours before sunrise and a few hours after sunset.

hey if its possible you should come to south florida or california for real prime time bass fishing man trust me and if its icy get a live minnow and dip it in a cut hole in the ice have fun man i love fishing i go out everyday.

Dont get to fish much during the summer because of work and children. My favorite time is late fall while everyone else is deer hunting, big hungry fish trying plump for the winter!

Good stuff bruh!!!!

SPOTS FISHED-1

TIME FISHED- 2.25 HRS

FISH LANDED- 9-TOTAL-ME-5/Cliff-4

I met a guy that I have seen at my favorite shore spot. So finally we stopped and had a conversation about fishing, so he called me today and asked if I was going fishing, I hadn't planned on it, but once he called I said "sure" and took the boat out to my "lakewood" spot.

I landed the first fish (small bass). Cliff came right behind me and caught his first bass. I went on to catch 4 CP's after that. Cliff went on to catch 3 more bass, with the stand out one being about 3.5 pounds.

F.Y.I- Once the sun went down, I was getting all CP's on the all-white buzzy. But Cliff, using the all-black buzzy, was catching nothing but bass.

A little over 2 hours, 9 fish landed, it was a good day!!!

Went out secretly last week borrowed someone elses rod and had one of those days where everyother cast is a fish. It had rained two days before so they were feeding on worms. Great day.

That being because pickerel (and all esox) have a hard time eating at the surface in the first place so his dark colored one they couldn't see all they could do was hear it. But with yours white they could see it and hear it.

Nothing to great today....fished the delaware and only got some small shad...I had a cat that was a couple pounds but got off......after that i hit up a small river and got 2 trout. From the picture you can see the rainbow i caught. It was all beat up and kind of gross. After i threw it back in it layed upside down. I then poked it a little bit so it would then swim off. wierd.

CONTEST UPDATE-34-18

Big bruh came and woke me up at 6 and we were fishing at 8. I wanted to go back to my Lakewood spot but he talked me into going to "Manasquan Reservoir" :irked:. It was a slow day but i was able to land 1 CP,3 bass, and a decent size Y.Perch. Big bruh landed 4 bass and 1 Y. Perch before the park ranger pulled us of the water cause he heard thunder :irked:. So we left and hit up the Lakewood spot.

Only fished for a hour and 15 but i landed two bass and big bruh was able to land a decent CP before we called it quits.

Nothing big today but i still had fun!!!!
