I've been fishing almost every afternoon after work for striped bass. Water is still cold, about 40 degrees. We've been picking at them, about 3-5 fish per night. They all range from 25# up to 40#. It's cold, but the chance to get a 50#+ keeps me coming back every night. I'll try and post up some pics.

3-28 was just a quick hour stop at "CNJ", where I was able to bang one on the all white spinny !
Todays action comes with a little story. About to weeks ago im at work at this abandon building that we're doing some repairs at. How about I find a little pond behind it !! So today my boss ia sending us back there AND its a light day. So I grab a pole out of my trunk(white spinny). So when we get done for the day I shoot my shot. My co-worker really didnt think it had fish in it but I seen some bait fish action that made feel different . Sure enough with a very good cast next to some brush, FISH ON. After that I let my co-worker try but he got nothing, so before we left I tried my my luck out again, BAM another fish landed, it was a little 8"er this time tho !!
Oh how much I love FW fishing !!!
