We saw a total of three sea turtles as well. One GIANT leatherback that had to have been a thousand pounds, a big green sea turtle and a small kemp ridley. The first two came within feet of us but I didnt think to get the camera out in time.

That is one of the most awesome things ever AND you got to see it with your little girl. Really an awesome thing. That would have made me super nervous though!

Do people hook dolphins much while fishing?
 
I unfortuantly have been up to my ******* with school, work, and maintaining a relationship. However, dad snook out for a few hours early this morning and caught this slab of a monster crappie. He also caught a huge american or hickory shad (he wasnt sure, but he does know what a gizzard is and knows it wasnt one of them), but you cant keep them here and they are pretty rare so no photo.
