FISHING SEASON 2K12!!!!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Sold off the last of my aquarium stuff so I put in an order today for some 30lb yellow Hi-Seas Grand Slam mono and 30lb fluorocarbon leader, sinker slides, 50 pack 8/0 Eagle claw king kahles, and some Kat Bobbers for fishing at my lake cabin over some trees so I can keep out of the weeds. Switching to all flourocarbon leaders this season and mostly kahles and Gama Big River hooks. Really getting the itch...

The first one that I break will be the last one that I use. I have however seen terrific reviews on the King Kahles and the price is definitely right. This is my first order with Bottom Dwellers Tackle.

Did I mention how big of a relief it has been to not have an aquarium?

I'm with you on the aquarium work being gone. I sold off the 180 & 90 and now all I have is a 55 with 2 FH's left from my hatch of a 100+....

I still have my 90 with my snakeheads, datnioid and some large clownloaches.
It never bores me,although I woud love to add some new fish.
sadly they always end up as a snakehead meal.

went and caught a couple catfish today first time out on the water in a while. nothing big, little 1.5lb channel and a 1.5lb bullhead and another smaller bullhead

really really really love that 6500c3 more every time i use it. excellent excellent EXCELLENNNNNNNNT reel.

also the BCX caught it's first fish today. castability is solid, drag seems to be rather smooth, no backlash issues. you can tell it's obviously not up to the quality of the c3 as far as it's components but at the end of the day if you were looking for a low cost reel that can perform, i definitely would recommend it.

Ok "J" I'll be up early Saturday with a start on Carolina pines road. I would love for you to get me on some private water !!

when you gonna be around till boss? sunday im planning to head out to lunker land at sunrise until probably 11 or so. saturday i gotta be at work in the early afternoon so idk what i'll be able to pull

set the alarm for 5am today to get up and go... conditions were supposed to be absolutely perfect from 6am to about 10:30am.... just didn't have the energy yet, fighting off the very last of this sickness. pretty aggravated with myself for not going, bet it coulda been a 15 fish day.
