Fishing Season 2k15!!!!!!!!!!!!!

getting a river run salmon in waders is the most awesome fishing experienced i had so far in my life, they fight so hard and you lose so many battles, but when you win one, cant help but get soo hyped and wanting more
 
Not a steelhead, but a nice rainbow from last year, can't remember if I posted it last year or not, just look at this guy every time I hit the creeks to get me stoked.

Thats a beautiful rainbow! The lakes around me should be iced out completely in a week or so. I cant wait to get some largemouth.
 
Closed for pike in Denmark, until 1st may, so until then its perch :D
Weathers getting better, cant wait to get out :D
 
Nice size bow, interesting mug on him. Think it's a male, but either it's hatchery raised or he smashed his nose into something early in life haha, no tag on him?

Got a good sized carp he is way bigger than he looks I was far away from the camera and I'm 6" 2 for comparison he weight almost 19 pounds

Yeah he's a hatchery fish. I actually stocked that fish a week before opening day and headed down to the spot to fish a week later and wound up catching him!
 
Haha really cool man. I gotta get in on some stocking programs. Bet you meet some very knowledgeable people, ones that may be willing to share a few honey holes?? Haha.

I laid my old fishing gear to rest this last weekend and picked up an Ugly Stik combo and some basics at the Sportsman's warehouse near me - can't wait to get out to the lakes and start fishing again!

I'll be hitting Emigrant, Hyatt and Lake of the Woods in Southern Oregon. I hope to make it up to Haystack resevoire in May, I'm told the catfishing is good there :)
