Fishroom people vs. living room fish people

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Both. I have the 300 in the center hallway of our house filled with large wet-pets that my daughter and wife have named. A 135 on my studio office filled with far too many to name and the rest of the tanks are in the garage which is turning into a fish room.

My main tank, the big one is in the living room, as said. Then i have 7 tanks in a dedicated room, but they are there for the fish, not for people to see, because as showpiece tanks they are worth nothing. Just fish space.

Would love to have a full operational and technically mounted fish room, and that is one of my plans when i retire...

Living room, dining/kitchen areas, all in the same loop. since the laundry room is adjacent to dining room, I use hose hook ups for water changes, and drain them out a door or window.
I've thought about putting breeder/QT tanks in a back room, but it'd increase my risk for big spills.

Fish room lady here all the way!! It's my escape from the hubby/kids. I've got my 150 and two 10s in the bedroom but the rest are in the cement room in the basement. Once we have a house though they will probably all be in a fish room with the exception of one display in the living room area.

Im all over 2(125, 55) in the living room 1(75) in the dining room and 1(180) at my parents house in the basement.

All my tanks are in the fish room. I'm up to 40 tanks. I'll be adding a few more tanks in the near future.

my 125 in living room... salt so... yeah... When I had my 180 it was living room also... I have smaller lil nano salt tanks in my bed room or small planted ones... usually 20 gal or under

Fish house for me also. Display tank in the living room, display tank in the morning room, and another display tank in the office with a quad set up to the left of my desk.
