Flowerhorn in 125Gallon

I recently just bought 2 flower horn just like in the picture. But im setting each of them in a 10G. Any suggestion or should i upgrade the fish tank?

OMG!!! LOL are you serious? Your FH will each need at least a 75-125 gallon tank good luck man. You are going to need it.

So how big are they now? All FH get huge about 16 to 17 inches even sometimes more. A 10 gallon is not tank for them. Hell they are bigger than the tank themselves.

FH grow really quickly, mine put on 1-1.5" in less than a month, so you should get them out of those 10gs within the next few weeks.

Don't get two 55s get two 75s it gives them a little more room to turn around. They are really big fish so 75 would be the absolute minimum. Or you can just sell them to a LFS or one of us on MFK. I wouldn't add a tankmate in a 75. Now if you were to get two 125s then you might be able to pull off a tankmate but most of the time you are going to end up with seriously beaten up fish or dead fish. The FH will kill most tankmates.

I've ordered some chingmix to see what happens - both the "standard" and "omg what is the massive growth on that poor fishes head" mixes. Will see what happens and post results, if any.
