I’m actually trying to do that on my rock since I won’t be doing corals in it! I figured an entire bridge covered in green stars will look pretty cool IMO

Yikes. I knew it grew fast but that is crazy. I have frag rocks that I will move it to. Honestly though it didn’t look healthy. The galaxia is on its own rock. I read about the stingers.

Picked these up from Aquarium depot. I got 7 corals, 5 Nass snails, 2 turbos, 5 hermits and tube of glue for 170 shipped. Thought that was decent.

So all of the corals look great after acclimating over the weekend. The only one that has yet to open is the GSP. If and when it does open I have a question about it. If placed on a frag rock separated from the main rock by sand will this keep it from spreading?

Depends on how much space. I’d say at least an inch and you should be good for a while. It only really grows fast if near rock. Check if you got any sand on it, that may irritate it.

I think it’s come along nicely so far, I just need to find some good colorful corals. Maybe some more favias and zoas... or an elegance... or some more euphillia...or a winning lottery ticket.

Fun note: Xenia can be profitable if grown on rocks lol. It grows fast and is easily fragged.

Unfortunately the GSP never opened. I do have a quick question. Looking at this Zoa the puffy bulge down on the bottom right is new. Could this be new growth or just hopeful optimism? I have no idea how these things look when they spread.
