I feed my O hikari gold, cooked prawns, meal worms & crickets, occasionally, plus i qt & gut load Wild caught gambusia & feed them to him. Glass/ghost shrimp, wild caught.

i fed my oscar hikari gold and stample pellets, and also earth worms and feeders, make sure the feeders and worms are in good health before you feed them to your fish. but my oscar got huge and pretty with in like 2 months

my oscar loved night crawlers and tetra cichlid pellets. he also loved skinned peas and he engulfed any live fish or crustacean. i would suggest the hikari or tetra cichlid pellets but not the sticks. and whatever you do do not feed shrimp pellets they will make a mess
