FX5 Spraybar?

do you have those clear plastic panels on the rear part of the glass?

if not, then i think notching the background would be your best choice, how much space is between the glass top and the background?

If the glass is pushed all the way forward, maybe 3/4" at best. And yeah I have the plastic strips on the glass but I measured to the glass.

so then if you use 3/4" PVC you'd only have to remove a little bit of the background to make the spraybar fit. and then you could trim the plastic tab on the back to run the PVC into the tank

I'll research the fit tomorrow. I have some 3/4" pvc in my basement I'm going to try and see what I can do with it.

cool, keep us posted

Well I got it started. 1" braided PVC tubing connected and clamped to a 3/4" pvc to an elbow yadi yada. I'll try and get a pic tomorrow. I've been debating a vertical spray bar or doing it longways across the back.

vertical would be cool, and stimulate water flow on all levels of your tank. may even help keep the bottom cleaner by kicking up fish waste letting it get sucked into your filter

I'm actually thinking vertical from the back right corner. Might not be as big of an eye sore on my 3d background.
