not sure on assembling 1/2" on the stand iv never built a tank before this is going to be my 1st time lol . i dont have to build mine on a stand do i ??

I was just suggesting that due to the weight you wouldnt want to lift it onto the stand. I was thinking it would be easier to lay some strong pine or something on the stand to work on than somehow slide it out from the tank and, yeah.

i got a question about bracing instead of using 2 2" peices on like each side of the aqauriaum going across you know, wut if i used one wider peice in the middle say like 1 5" peice in the middle

I would feel safe having three equally spaced. With a wide one in the middle.

Is bracing were if you have a stand with 4 legs, like having wood/metal between them to prevent bending and add strength?
