Damn, that looks like ass! I have more than my share of Tenecor tanks and I am shocked that your tank even left the factory!
I just recieved my warranty 750 from them with no problem as stated before.
If I were you I would accept nothing other than a NEW TANK!

Dang. Their making you send it back, yet that gave a tank to someone else. That's crazy. You should get to keep it.
you should not have to pay a cent to send that back. they should send a truck and their people to get it from you.
they screwed up and its THEIR PROBLEM not yours and you should not have to worry about how to get it back to them. its not like you can just mail it to them..its a 400g tank..

You need a discount, demand one. Also, charge for all the work involved (and the beer) of getting people to move the tank back onto the pallet for them. Either that or they have to send someone out to do all the moving work themselves.

Everyone don't get their panties in a bunch. I recommend to just take a breath and a step back before you speak to Tenecor. They are already making you a new tank and admited that it was their fault, and they are making it right for you.
Yes they built me a new tank and let me keep the old one. Originally they were going to have the defective one shipped back, but the difference for me is my location. I live in Hawaii, and after eating a 750g tank I didn't think they wanted to pay for shipping a tank that large back.
I just played it cool with the thought I may have to send it back OR maybe they may just let me keep it. They told me the same thing that they were going to expedite it.
Then when I recieved the new tank I asked them what was the plan with the old tank. I was then told I could keep it.

Theres no need to "kick them while they are down", they did the right thing, they were quick about making a decision and they didnt pressure me into anything.
It never was about the money, so i dont care about a discount. I just wanted a perfect tank. In fact, im alrdy in the process of ordering more stuff from them.
