Theres no need to "kick them while they are down", they did the right thing, they were quick about making a decision and they didnt pressure me into anything.

It never was about the money, so i dont care about a discount. I just wanted a perfect tank. In fact, im alrdy in the process of ordering more stuff from them.

Good deal bro.

Keep in mind, even the best make mistakes! This is the second time now I have seen Tenecor make things right for their customer. :headbang2

This is NOT a "mistake". It is a deliberate and unscrupulous attempt to saddle a customer with a flawed tank. It also clearly demonstrates that Tenecor's manufacturing process is highly flawed and unreliable. It is painfully obvious that Tenecor can not be trusted to deliver a quality product. No other conclusion is possible.

DO NOT BUY TENECOR

Look at the date of this post.

I still have no replacement tank and they finally admitted today on the phone that they've been lying to me about working on my replacement.

Nice. Well.... I just officially scratched them off my list.

I agree!!! for the amount of money they charge for tanks, they should arrive
with a silver lining......if you bought a piece of furniture from any large
store and it was scratched(or had some kind of problem) you know it would be replaced right away....
how about the lifetime guarantee...is this also a lie??????????

I just cant believe they have been in business this long with this kind of **** they pull on people.

Not to mention their government contracts.

yea they were probably stringing you along because a lot of credit card companies have a 90 day policy on filing complaints to get your money back. The first thing I would do is file a complaint with the credit company you used to pay them. File a complaint with the Better Buisness Burea of your area and Tenacor. Then just break down and call a lawyer, it will cost a hundred or two but have them served with law suit papers and they will probally change their tune.

I was well prepared for this because I was wondering what was taking so long. My credit card company has a 180 day policy, and I am within the policy. I have already filed the dispute papers.

Good for you man. Stop payment and keep their damn tank. BDerick who hangs in the Aro forum got his tank with a huge chip knocked out of it. Tenecor made him send it back so they could repair it. Not make a new one!
