damn i really dont wanna have to seperate em...random question but would kosher salt be harmful to fish if i were to use it in my tank?

I heard that kosher salt can be used like aquarium salt but personally, I have never used it.
 
also there are ALOT of hiding places for little dats in my tank do you think that could help the situation?>

That definitely makes the difference but you have to make sure that the At does not get at them all of the time or that could mean another possibly fatality..

The water hardness for a dat is at least 8. I would say higher for thin bars. So depending on your tap water's hardness, let's say it's 4 and the amount of your coral substrates makes it 8. And if you do a 50% wc, it will bring it down somewhere in the 6. Test the hardness of your local water first and add corals with appropriate % of wc accordingly.
 
Silver dat is not the problem. My thin bars bully them instead. BUT, they are wuss with a hidden agenda, my Silver dat in the past I believe have taken out the eye balls of other dats.

I don't have time to look up every fish you have regarding water hardness. But from the look of the rest of your fish they all seem like the hardy type that can with stand high ranger of water quality.
