Honestly I don't know what type of infection he had. It happened several weeks ago when he started becoming lethargic and slowed down his appetite. Then he had a swim bladder problem. The end was developing pimple like lesions, maybe 5 or 6 the most. I tried to treat with furanase, maracyn and maracyn II but nothing helpedDecoder;2060864; said:Thanks Roliva. I wish he'd eat those tiger barbs soon cuz they eat his fin trailers and that really annoys me!

Petsmart. It looks alright, still small, hardly any color. But this one has red trimming and extened fins and is longer bodied. Can't wait to see him. Where'd you pick this one up from?
Saums can be picky, but your little one should learn he has to eat to survive. Don't feed for a day then do the next see if it helps at all. Switch foods? Get varietys? Idk, as far as growth, at that size your almost right there for normal growth. I would say a good growth would be .75 inches a month until they reach about 4 or 5is this normal eating and growth behavior for a saum?
