for home defense shotguns, im partial to the Remington 870. I have one and i love it. i dont like the mossbergs or winchesters. they just dont look as good as the remington. the remington is rock solid and built like a tank.
as for price, theyre usually in the $320 range. Big 5 often has sales for below $299. you cant go wrong with this shotty!
