I'd say at about 17 to 24 inches

Just about any brackish moray will be ok,provided all get enough to eat

Is the fimbriatus a brackish water? I thought they are full salt

They are often found in brackish,along with "marine" snowflake eels.

Quite a few "saltwater" species actually do fine in brackish enviorments

If thats the case i can buy some since my lfs have them, so the snowflake eel is marine water only and the fimbriatus can live both? My other question is How long can the fimbriatus live in brackish?

Possibly years, or even life, it isn't quite known yet.
