Oh bother, quit use your theory about the pike being act different in Davis Lake only. Davis Lake has same Midwest fish species (bullheads, bass, shiners, hatchery trout etc), same aquatic plants, same evironment, why this pike from Davis lake should act differently from other pikes from the rest of lakes in ANY states? Ive heard enough from whining fisherman's stories. We cannot compared from natural lake to the aquarium, it wont be work.

yes 83% brown bullheads living in Davis Lake, its just you guys are lousy at catch them. Yes im fisherman and love of it. Im sure I dont need to listen the complaining of the fisherman in Califorina but thanks for the offer. Im sorry that you just keeping LOL at me because you don't like what I said.
WOW! You sir, fail. Trout are from the west. Not the midwest. Also, the same plants? No that is not true. Adding to it. No environment in ANY lake is the "same", the midwest's lakes do definitely not have the "same" environment as California's. If you had any knowledge you would also know how to correctly phrase sentences, your last sentence made no sense at all. If noone agrees with me on my afforementioned sentences, then please, read some informational documents on NATIVE and INTRODUCED species of flora and fauna in California.

Plus the rainbow trout from Davis Lake are hatchery strains and dont resemble the wild rainbows. Hatchery trouts are made up of different subspecies and locations, therefore ruined pure lines of the wild rainbows. hatchery x wild rainbow hybrids often have weak offsprings with poor survival rate.

99.9% of the trout that are stocked through out the nation is not pure...LOL and wild rainbow is probably considered as the rarest trout in the nation now, why do you think they don't release hatchery into streams where it contains native trout.

but with all these pike situation, its like bringing some goby from euro over and put them into your guys lakes. and it messed up the habitat but in euro people say those goby are peaceful and not disruptive. so in this case, the ENVIRONMENT and CLIMATE plays a big role of how the fish will act, and still not the same plantation etc etc etc...:D

Gobys are now used as a main food source by smallies, gobys still eat eggs but at least the population isnt out of control. See nature righted itself

Tell the native fish that. There is evidence that the Round Goby has already drove some local populations of Mottled Sculpin to exiction in Lake Michigan. The Round goby was first discovered in 1990 and after 16 years this was there distribution.
http://nas.er.usgs.gov/taxgroup/fish/maps/round goby points.jpg and its only getting worse. The population is out of control. I grew up on Green Bay now they are all over the place.

And this doesn't even take into account the problem with bioaccumulation that they might cause.
