I'm not a fan of oil based meds. Neither mela nor pimafix really do anything salt doesn't accomplish it can also inhibit oxygen uptake which in some circumstances can be more detrimental than beneficial. However I do realize some people like using it and it smells good, if it works for you then continue doing what you are doing. I never recommend it. In the case of salt sensitive fish meth blue is another viable option.
