How many ray vendors here sell black rays? Only 1 is allowed to publicly. Others are pushed off or forced to sell through means other then MFK. Competition is great for our hobby. Keeps it a hobby.

I encourage anyone that wants to sell black rays to contact Neo and become a vendor. There is plenty of room for competition on this site.

Watched it go down already. Was BS. No matter though, the internet's a big place. Just cause they aren't on MFK doesn't mean they aren't available.

Why invade someone else's territory when you can go rome free?

Thats true. I agree that it is a little presumptive. But, IF (and thats one big if) what these people are saying is true, I would have to say that it would qualify as scamming. Massive Aggression just suffered a similar fate on here, and I remember similar threads about him, too. I understand the want to look farther into this, because he is a sponsor.

I guess what I'm trying to say is I hope it does get looked into farther, because, either way it sways, someone here is doing something that ain't cool.
Nate was indeed booted because the staff gave him one more warning to clean up or else. If there are complaints about vendors toeing the line with their business while using this forum for their transactions, then we will look into those and see if their actions still merit their stay here or not.

I believe one of the staff members may have forwarded Li a PM already to look into this.:)

I believe MFK should investigate this type of stuff and if it's true u shouldn't allow a guy to do business on ur site.

Other than emails, I'm open to suggestions on how the site is supposed to 'investigate this type of stuff'. It's not like we can send agents Dinozzo and McGee to question the concerned parties. Or, have the site's legal department investigate (mainly because we don't have one - you know, ...free site and all). It's one side's word against the other. If a scam is occurring, it could be from either side.

We have our own Garmy...send in the troops!

Well every case is different. If the op isn't the scam it sounds truthful when the vendor admits business has been slow. He probably long gone spent the money for bills or whatever. The ray dies after spending, if he is open to admit to this, he obviously does business the wrong way. I'm not spiteful against MFK. heck I love MFK, and I guess there isn't a WHOLE lot u can do I just believe there's gotta be a way to protect us as the buyers. Kind of like eBay. Lol. Look into there setup :grinno:

It's situations like this that cause us to continually repeat that any transactions on the 'net need the utmost attention in caveat emptor. This site is not a court of law that can decide one side against another with the accuracy of a fully staffed justice department.
As it stands, this site has only a couple of options.

-Proven (as in read in the press or court record) scammers are outright banned.

-Remove disputes from the forums since the site will not arbitrate any transaction disputes, per the marketplace rules.

-Ban both parties since we cannot take sides with hearsay circumstantial evidence.
