thanks everyone for your thoughts and words of encouragement, i will definitely be back someday , wherever i move, you can be sure there will be a monster aquarium in the future plan.

i'm looking for a puppy for my wife, i know it won't replace our dogs that perished but it will at least give comfort to her, at least that's what the counselor recommended. we are visiting the shelter shortly to rescue one.
 
getting ATM to build me a tank for my new house sounds like a great idea, I'm going to email them my story now. If anyone has any connections, please pm me or let them know my story.

I am sorry for your horrible luck,it seems you are managing the stress well , best regards to you and your family.A new pet seems like a good idea, I hope your wife gets over the loss soon, I personally would probably been traumatized had that happened to my pets ...all the best in your future ,,LEE
 
Oh no! Sorry for the loss of your house and all your pet fish, I hope some miracle happens and everything goes back a step. And I agree, the most important thing is precaution, but a fire is just too unlucky. I hope your family gets well soon and lives happily again.
