How do I kill fish in a Humane way?

the vodka trick has been my viking sendoff for a couple of barbs and a fallen FH.

i definitely agree with freezing as likely the most humane way to kill a fish other than a quick decapitation though.

If you are sure it is time to let them die put them in plastic bags with a little water and freeze them.

agreed, most humane way, do freeze for a couple of days, some hardy fishes will still be alive after being freeze

Don't ever give up. Keep treating it maybe try some different medication combos. i've lost a few fish over the years but i never gave up treatment.

Have u explored all causes? It may take a while to figure out. At times, it may be due to wrong diagnosis, the classic symptoms but a different cause, they can fool u.

Sometimes u may not even need meds, an adjustment to the water parameters will do.
