How do you prefer your fish?

I prefer to get them about mid range so you know the coloration potential but still have room to grow and get used to the other tankmates. you buy fry you dont always know if you snagged a dull fish or not.

Sashimi is good but never on fresh water fish.

I watch them grow. Small fish are cheaper and this way you know what there diet is as they mature. Who knows how old a big fish is or what it has been eating.

Small fish and letting them grow. The only advantage of getting larger fish is if you prefer a specific gender, or they don't grow out their colours for a few years.

I'm only a couple years younger than you Miguel, but I like them tiny.
I only adopt adult dogs though.

I love watching them grow, I got a synodontis about a month ago and he's growing really fast, I find the growth rates very exiting. As for eating fish, I don't like the taste of any seafood in general (unless it's edible seaweed in vinegar, I go to the marshes and pick it myself because IMO it must be fresh

True. I like lox on bagels as well.
